**FREE** 4-­Year-­Old Preschool Program Sign Up

To sign up for 2017-18 call Page Elementary (515) 433-0840 or Lincoln Elementary (515) 433-0800 to get registered and get the packets until June 1st. After June 1 call Boone Community School’s Central Office (515) 433-0750.

Do you have a child who will be eligible for the FREE 4-­year-­old preschool program? If so, please contact the District Registrar at 433-­0750 to sign up. Space is limited so don’t delay as placements will be made on a first come, first served basis.

Note that your child must turn 4-­years-­old on or before September 15th, 2017 in order to qualify for this FREE preschool program.

Preschool is for any four year old through the Iowa Statewide Voluntary Preschool program. The District also provides preschool services for three year olds with specific learning challenges who have a Special Education Individual Education Plan (IEP) in place.

The purpose of Iowa’s Statewide Voluntary Preschool Four Year Old Program is to provide an opportunity for all young children in Iowa to enter school ready to learn by expanding voluntary access to quality preschool curricula for all four year olds.

Packets may be picked up at Page Elementary or Lincoln Elementary for families who have already signed up. Please contact the District Office at (515) 433-0750 for information and/or to enroll children into the four year old preschool program.
